Since the advent of On-line Auto / Home / Life Insurance Shopping the emphasis on the decision making process seems to have become limited to Price ONLY. While price is a valid consideration, aspects such as risk / benefit evaluation, potential exposures for loss and a review of the insurance industry's recent rush to rewrite policies (to limit the rights and options of consumers) has gone unexamined. Many insurance companies have limited their obligation to pay only for Imitation Body Parts in the event of damage to your covered vehicle. These Imitation Body Parts have been shown to dramatically reduce the resale value of your repaired vehicle.
